- Top plugs Flip top plugs with electrolyte level markings are fitted. Allow adequate escape of charging gasses and provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation.
- Water refill system The aqua level water refill system makes it possible to top up all the cells from one central point through an integrated system. This automatic system ensures the optimum filling level and also allows the measurement of electrolyte specific gravity. The aqua level kit can be expertly fitted at the factory and on-site.

Battery The BS Towing Series is a traction battery specially developed for industrial power applications, which can provide the required reliability and long cycle life for various scenarios from low-capacity loads to heavy-duty applications. The battery case of this series contains optimally designed positive and negative plates, the negative plates are flat-pasted type, combined with high-tech production equipment to ensure that the battery cells are highly reliable and consistent in performance, meanwhile, the design and production process focus on minimizing the impact on the environment to the greatest extent, reflecting the unified high-quality standards in Europe.
The sturdy tubular terminals of the BS Towing Series batteries are die-cast with antimony lead and lead dioxide, endowing the product with excellent deep cycle ability;Polyester material components have elasticity, strength and durability, and are equipped with microporous sleeve separators to effectively eliminate the risk of short circuits; the battery case and cover are made of high-impact materials, resistant to high temperatures and treated with heat sealing to prevent electrolyte leakage.
In terms of detailed design, the terminals, washers and covers adopt a special non-deviated integrated design to further ensure zero electrolyte leakage; the top plug is a flip type with electrolyte level marks, which can not only allow the filling gas to escape sufficiently, but also provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the operating electrolyte.In addition, the Aqua Level water replenishment system supports automatic water replenishment for all batteries from a central point, ensuring the optimal filling level and measuring the specific gravity of the electrolyte. This kit can be professionally installed in the factory or on site; the optional electrolyte circulation system uses the principle of air flow to generate a circulating air flow in the battery case through pipes to prevent electrolyte stratification and optimize the charging effect.
