- Top plugs Flip top plugs with electrolyte level markings are fitted. Allow adequate escape of charging gasses and provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation.
- Water refill system The aqua level water refill system makes it possible to top up all the cells from one central point through an integrated system. This automatic system ensures the optimum filling level and also allows the measurement of electrolyte specific gravity. The aqua level kit can be expertly fitted at the factory and on-site.

This series of battery cases adopts an optimized positive plate and negative plate design. The production process focuses on environmental protection and combines high-tech production equipment to ensure that the battery cells are highly reliable and consistent in performance, fully integrating European unified standards.
The product has significant advantages: its sturdy tubular tines are die-cast with antimony lead and lead dioxide, with excellent deep cycle ability;polyester gloves have both elasticity, strength, and durability; microporous sleeve separators effectively eliminate the risk of short circuits; the negative plate is of a flat design; the battery case and cover are made of high-impact materials, heat-resistant, and prevent electrolyte leakage through heat sealing process.
In terms of detailed design, the terminals, washers, and cover adopt a special unbiased integrated design to ensure zero electrolyte leakage; the top plug is equipped with a flip cover structure with electrolyte level marks, which can not only allow filled gas to escape fully but also provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the operating electrolyte.The Aqua Level water supplement system supports supplementing water for all batteries from the center point through an integrated system, automatically ensuring the optimal filling liquid level, and can also measure the specific gravity of the electrolyte.
