The battery adopts a sturdy tubular thorn structure, cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, endowing it with excellent deep cycle ability; the polyester gloves have elasticity, strength and durability; the microporous sleeve separator effectively eliminates the risk of short circuit; the negative plate is designed in a flat-paste type, further improving performance stability. The battery box and cover are made of high-impact materials, resistant to high temperature and using a heat-sealing process to completely prevent electrolyte leakage.
The terminals, gaskets and cover are specially designed for deviation-free integration to ensure zero electrolyte leakage;The top plug is equipped with a flip cover structure with electrolyte level marks, which can not only fully release the filling gas but also provide a safety anti-surge baffle for the operating electrolyte. The Aqua Level water replenishment system supports uniform water replenishment for all batteries from the center point through the integrated system, automatically maintaining the optimal filling level, and can also measure the specific gravity of the electrolyte. The kit can be professionally installed in the factory or on site.
