The battery uses a sturdy tubular spike, die-cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, with excellent deep cycle ability;Polyester gloves combine elasticity, strength and durability, and the microporous sleeve separator effectively eliminates the risk of short circuits; the negative plate is designed as a flat-attachment type, and the battery box and cover are made of high-impact materials, which are high-temperature resistant and prevent electrolyte leakage through the heat-sealing process.
In terms of detailed design, terminals, washers and covers are specially designed for deviation-free integration to ensure no electrolyte leakage; the top plug is equipped with a flip cover structure with electrolyte level marks, allowing sufficient escape of charging gas and providing a safety anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation.The Aqua Level water supplement system can supplement water for all batteries from the central point through the integrated system, automatically ensuring the best filling level, and supports electrolyte specific gravity measurement.
