- Top plugs Flip top plugs with electrolyte level markings are fitted. Allow adequate escape of charging gasses and provide a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation.
- Water refill system The aqua level water refill system makes it possible to top up all the cells from one central point through an integrated system. This automatic system ensures the optimum filling level and also allows the measurement of electrolyte specific gravity. The aqua level kit can be expertly fitted at the factory and on-site.
- Electrolyte circulation An optional electrolyte circulation system is Available. Using air-flow principle, consists of a pipe system which creates a circulating air stream inside the cell box. This system prevents electrolyte stratification and the battery charging is optimized.

BS Traction Series Battery (model 2BPzB172-BS Type 86Ah) is a high-performance traction battery specially made for industrial power applications, committed to providing the required reliability and long cycle life for various scenarios from low-capacity loads to heavy-duty applications. As an excellent energy storage solution, its design and production fully consider environmental impacts, rely on high-tech production equipment to ensure highly reliable and consistent performance of battery cells, integrate high-quality design, materials and production processes, and achieve European unified standards.
In terms of core design and materials, the battery adopts optimized positive and negative plates (negative plates are flat), the sturdy tubular tines are die-cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, and have excellent deep cycle capability. Polyester gloves have elasticity, strength and durability, and the microporous sleeve separator effectively eliminates the risk of short circuits. The battery case and cover are made of high-impact materials, are resistant to high temperatures, and prevent electrolyte leakage through the heat-sealing process. The special design of terminals, washers and covers realizes deviation-free integration, further ensuring zero electrolyte leakage.
The product is equipped with a flip-top plug with an electrolyte level mark, which not only allows the charging gas to fully escape, but also provides a safe anti-surge baffle for the electrolyte during operation. The Aqua Level water supply system supports filling all batteries from the center point through the integrated system, automatically ensuring the optimal filling level and measuring the specific gravity of the electrolyte. The kit can be professionally installed at the factory or on site; the optional electrolyte circulation system uses the principle of air flow to generate a circulating air flow in the battery box through the pipeline system, preventing electrolyte stratification and optimizing the charging effect.
The BS traction series batteries have significant advantages: longer operating time and battery availability increase productivity, optimized design reduces alloy corrosion to extend battery life, and increasing the surface and utilization of active materials improves volume energy density. The product production factory is certified by the ISO 9001 quality management system, complies with the IEC 60265 standard, has a service life of up to 10 years (according to the Eurobat standard), and the capacity covers 64-1296AH* (*specifically depending on C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, C100 series).
