The battery is manufactured with high-tech production equipment, and the battery cells are highly reliable and consistent in performance.The sturdy tubular needle is die-cast from antimony lead and lead dioxide, combined with the elasticity, strength, and durability of the polyester glove, endowing the battery with excellent deep cycle capability; the microporous sleeve separator effectively eliminates the risk of short circuits, and the flat negative plate further improves performance stability. The battery case and cover are made of high-impact materials, resistant to high temperatures and treated by heat sealing process, preventing electrolyte leakage from the source.
In terms of detailed design, the terminals, washers, and cover adopt a special non-deviation integrated design to ensure zero electrolyte leakage;The top plug is equipped with a flip cover structure with liquid level marks, which not only allows the charging gas to escape fully but also provides safe anti-surge protection for the electrolyte in operation. The Aqua Level water replenishment system supports uniform water replenishment for all batteries from the central point through the integrated system, automatically maintains the optimal liquid level and can measure the specific gravity of the electrolyte. The kit can be professionally installed in the factory or on site. In addition, the optional electrolyte circulation system uses the principle of air flow to form a circulating air flow in the battery box through pipes, preventing electrolyte stratification and optimizing charging efficiency.
