Zelus GFT Series GFT12/150 B.B. Battery is a VRLA front-end battery with gelled electrolyte, which forms a fixed gel electrolyte by mixing sulfuric acid and silica fume, effectively solving common problems of traditional wet batteries such as electrolyte evaporation, overflow and corrosion. Its valve regulation system can safely discharge gas. Antimony in the lead plate is replaced by calcium, reducing gas generation while maintaining mechanical properties, and it has stronger resistance to extreme temperatures, impact and vibration.
As a deep cycle lead-acid battery, GFT12/150 B.B.Developed with solid lead coating technology and gel electrolyte, it is designed to provide maximum capacity and stable cyclic discharge performance. This battery is a 12-volt integrated type, with a rated capacity of 150Ah (10-hour rate), and the capacity range covers 100-150Ah (specifically according to C2, C5, C8, C10, C20, C100 standards). Under normal working conditions, the expected service life is as long as 15 years, and the number of cycles is as high as 2500 times, which meets the Eurobat standard and has an extremely long service life.
The product has excellent high-temperature stability, mechanical strength, and low acid shift characteristics, excellent deep discharge performance, and a patented safety valve can precisely control the pressure, further extending the battery life.The battery supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods, has a wide range of applications, and is an ideal power source for uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), fire-fighting and safety alarm systems, emergency lighting and monitoring systems, telecommunication facilities, medical equipment, street lighting and traffic lights, golf carts, floor cleaning equipment, and renewable energy systems such as solar and wind energy.
