GFT12/100B.B. battery is a VRLA front-end battery in the Zelus GFT series, using gel electrolyte technology to provide stable and reliable power support for various key equipment. The battery mixes sulfuric acid with silica fume to form a gel-like fixed electrolyte, fundamentally solving the problems of electrolyte evaporation, overflow and subsequent corrosion of traditional wet batteries, and significantly enhancing the resistance to extreme temperatures, impacts and vibrations. The antimony element in the lead plate inside the battery is replaced by calcium, which effectively reduces gas generation while retaining mechanical properties, and cooperates with the valve adjustment system to safely discharge gas and ensure stable use.
As a deep-cycle lead-acid battery, GFT12/100B.B. is developed with solid lead coating technology and gel electrolyte, originally designed to provide maximum capacity and excellent cyclic discharge performance. Its rated voltage is 12V, the nominal capacity at 10-hour rate reaches 100Ah, supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods, meeting installation requirements in different scenarios. Under normal working conditions, the battery is expected to have a service life of up to 15 years, with up to 2500 cycles, complying with Eurobat standards and showing excellent long-life characteristics.
