B.B. Battery's MSU series valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries are provided in 2V single-cell form, with the MSU-200 model having a nominal capacity of 200 Ah. The entire series covers capacities from 200 to 3000 Ah and is widely applicable to key application scenarios such as power supply networks, the power industry, and telecommunications. Designed specifically for long life and high reliability, the expected float life under normal operating conditions can reach 15 to 18 years, meeting the long-life definition of the Eurobat standard, making it an ideal choice for long-term stable operation. The MSU series batteries are housed in sturdy, opaque, impact-resistant ABS plastic casings. The battery cover is firmly integrated with the casing, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage or overflow, ensuring safety during installation and use. The battery cover is designed with six liquid injection holes. After electrolyte filling is completed during production, a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible materials is installed. This design not only achieves a sealed structure but also provides a high level of fire and explosion safety protection. The terminal type of the battery is configured according to specific requirements; the standard type is B6, and I3 is also available as an optional type to meet different connection requirements. Its technical core lies in the use of high-performance alloy for grid manufacturing, which significantly enhances the battery's corrosion resistance, thus ensuring a long service life. The unique electrolyte fixing system, combined with a special active material paste formula, not only maximizes the battery's service life but also ensures good charge acceptance. These innovative technologies work together to enable the MSU series batteries to store and release electrical energy stably and efficiently. In terms of physical specifications, the weight of the MSU-200 single cell is approximately 13.5 kg, compact dimensions: length 173 mm, width 111 mm, height 329 mm, total height 357 mm. This design facilitates flexible installation, and the battery supports both horizontal and vertical installation orientations, adapting to various cabinet or battery rack space layouts. Its 2-volt nominal voltage allows it to easily construct various required system voltages through series combination.
