Product details
The MSU series B.B. Battery VRLA batteries are produced in a 2V integral form, with capacity ranges from 200 to 3000Ah, specially developed for power supply networks, power industry, and telecommunication applications, with long floating life and high capacity characteristics. Among them, the MSU-1000 model, as an important member of the series, has a nominal voltage of 2V and a 10-hour rate nominal capacity of 1000Ah, which is a reliable power supply choice for various key scenarios.
The MSU-1000 battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, the battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage or overflow. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials to ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates are designed with a pasted coating, combined with gel technology electrolyte and a unique electrolyte fixing system, which not only improves charge acceptance but also maximizes the service life. The battery supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods to adapt to diverse installation environments.
Under normal operating conditions, the MSU series batteries can have an expected service life of 15-18 years, meeting the long-life requirements of the Eurobat standard. Its core advantage lies in the high-tech alloy used to make the plates, which can significantly improve corrosion resistance; The special active material formula ensures good charge acceptance ability, ensuring the battery maintains stable performance during charge-discharge cycles.
The MSU-1000 battery is widely used in UPS systems of telecommunication facilities, backup power supplies for data processing centers, energy storage systems for renewable energy (solar, wind), and power supply for key equipment in power grids and the power industry. At the same time, it is also suitable for scenarios such as oil and gas exploration, fire and safety alarm systems, emergency lighting, video surveillance systems, access control and management systems, medical equipment, rural estates, hotel shops, and electric vehicles, providing continuous and stable power support for various important equipment.
In terms of technical parameters, the MSU-1000 battery weighs 60.5 kg (133.4 lbs), with external dimensions of length 410 mm (15.79 inches), width 175 mm (6.89 inches), height 330 mm (12.99 inches), and total height 358 mm (14.09 inches). The terminal standard type is B6, and the optional type is I3, meeting different connection requirements. The sealed structure design and the corrosion-resistant characteristics of high-performance alloys further ensure the reliability and safety of the battery during long-term use.
