MSB-500 (2V, 500Ah) is an important model of B.B. Battery MSB series VRLA batteries. MSB series batteries are produced in 2V integrated form, with a capacity range from 200 to 3000Ah, developed specifically for power supply networks, power industry, and telecommunication applications, with long float life and high capacity characteristics.
The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to effectively prevent electrolyte leakage or overflow. The terminal design depends on the battery type. The battery cover has six holes for filling electrolyte during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed at the filling port.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible material to ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates are coated with a paste coating, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator technology to achieve efficient gas recombination. At the same time, gel technology electrolyte is used, and the unique electrolyte fixing system can maximize the service life. The battery supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods, with flexible use.
