MSB-200 (2V, 200Ah) is an important member of B.B. Battery MSB series VRLA batteries, specifically developed for key fields such as power supply networks, power industry, and telecommunication applications. As a 2V integral form battery, it has a capacity of 200Ah (10-hour rate), with long floating life and high capacity characteristics, and is expected to have a service life of up to 12 years under normal operating conditions.
The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, which is sturdy and durable. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to ensure no risk of electrolyte leakage or overflow. The terminal design is customized according to the battery type, and the standard terminal type is B6.The battery cover is equipped with six filling holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure the safety of fire and explosion during the use of the battery.
Both the positive and negative plates of the battery use the paste coating process, combined with high-tech alloys used for manufacturing the plates, which significantly improves corrosion resistance. The unique electrolyte fixing system, combined with gel technology and absorbed glass mat (AGM) technology, realizes efficient gas recombination and maximizes the service life of the battery;Meanwhile, the special active material formulation ensures good charge acceptance. The MSB-200 battery supports both horizontal and vertical installation methods, with flexible and diverse application scenarios.
