B.B. Battery VRLA batteries in the SHR series are produced in a 12V integrated form, with each unit's power ranging from 78 to 576W. As an important model in this series, SHR7.5-12 features excellent performance and wide applicability. The case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. Terminal design depends on the battery type, and the standard terminal type for SHR7.5-12 is T1. The battery cover has six holes, through which electrolyte is filled during production, and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible material, ensuring a high level of fire and explosion safety.
SHR7.The 5-12 has multiple core features: maintenance-free design without the need for water supplementation, no free acid to prevent leakage, can be installed in any direction (inverted use is prohibited), specifically designed for high-rate discharge, adopts absorbent glass mat technology to achieve efficient gas recombination, and the power density is 50% higher than the BP series at a discharge rate of 2 minutes to 15 minutes. Both the positive and negative plates are coated with a paste coating, support installation in horizontal and vertical positions, and are flexible to use.
In terms of performance, the SHR7.5-12 has a voltage of 12V, a nominal capacity of 15 minutes W/cell 30, and the discharge power (15 minutes to 1.3V/cell) complies with the series standards.This battery provides high specific output power in short discharge mode and is recommended for use with a backup time of up to 60 minutes. Under normal working conditions, the expected service life is 5-7 years, and it has a long-life advantage according to Eurobat standards.
