EVP12-12 is a valve-regulated sealed lead-acid (VRLA) battery of B.B. Battery EVP series, produced in a 12-volt integral form, specially designed for high power and high cycle use. As a low-maintenance lead-acid rechargeable battery, it has excellent performance and wide applicability, and is an ideal power source for various devices.
The battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed to ensure safe use. The battery cover is provided with six holes. During production, electrolyte is filled through these holes and then a pressure relief valve is installed. The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can effectively ensure a high level of fire and explosion safety.Both positive and negative plates adopt paste coating, combined with absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, to achieve efficient gas recombination. No need to add water during use, truly maintenance-free, and no free acid. It belongs to a leak-proof battery and can be installed in horizontal and vertical positions (except inverted). The EVP series batteries are famous for their high cycle life. The EVP12-12 can reach up to 1700 cycles under normal operating conditions, with an expected service life of 5-7 years and can stably provide high power output. Its capacity varies according to different discharge rates. The nominal capacity at 20-hour rate is 12Ah, at 5-hour rate is 10.2Ah, and at 30-minute rate is 7.5Ah.
