EP12-12 belongs to the EP series of valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries and adopts a 12 V monobloc design. The battery case is made of sturdy opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic, the battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is sealed. The electrolyte is injected through six filling holes on the battery cover, after which a pressure relief valve made of non-combustible material is installed to provide safety protection and enable Maintenance Free operation. Inside the battery, absorbent glass mat technology achieves efficient gas recombination while ensuring no free acid, making it a leak-proof battery; both the positive and negative plates are coated with a specially formulated paste coating.
For physical installation, EP12-12 can be safely installed in horizontal and vertical positions and used in multiple orientations, with inverted use only prohibited. In terms of technical parameters, the nominal voltage is 12 V, the Nominal Capacity is 12 Ah at the 20-hour rate, 10.2 Ah at the 5-hour rate, and 6 Ah at the 30-minute rate; the Weight is 4.2 kg.
