The EP12-12 EP series B.B. Battery VRLA battery is a 12V integrated lead-acid rechargeable battery with a capacity range from 7 to 100Ah, specifically designed for low maintenance and long cycle life requirements. This series of batteries adopts advanced technology and durable structure to provide stable power support for various scenarios.
In terms of structural design, the battery case is made of opaque impact-resistant ABS plastic to ensure the case is sturdy and damage-resistant. The battery cover is firmly connected to the case, and the terminal area is strictly sealed to effectively prevent leakage. The battery cover is equipped with six electrolyte filling holes. After filling the electrolyte through these holes during production, a pressure relief valve is installed.The pressure relief valve is made of non-combustible materials, which can significantly improve fire and explosion safety. Both positive and negative plates adopt the paste coating process to improve battery performance and stability. The battery supports horizontal and vertical installation (except inverted), with high installation flexibility.
In terms of performance, the EP series batteries have an excellent cycle life, with up to 2000 cycles under normal operating conditions and an expected service life of 5-7 yearsThe battery adopts absorbent glass fiber separator (AGM) technology, achieving efficient gas recombination, truly maintenance-free (no need to add water), and has no free acid. It is a leak-proof battery and can be used in any direction (except inverted), especially suitable for high-load cycle application scenarios.
